acheekymunky - where on earth do you park?!?!?!
Bad one here too today. Had to go do the weekly grocery shop. £24.18, which to be fair was much lower than I was expecting. BUT also the "how many miles before your car dies if you don't fill up" counter hit zero this afternoon. So I filled up. At Tesco, so I got clubcard points back from it. But on diesel I spent ... wait for it .... £51.28
I hate it when it goes over £50. Still, have done nearly 600 miles on the tank, and should get the same out of this one. I'm also not planning on going anywhere in the car until Monday (I think. I may be wrong though ...)

My kids were both home poorly today so to cheer them up I spent a grand total of 98p on food colouring to make homemade playdoh. My mantra is "Never pay full price!"

£1.70 on a baked potato and cheese at university, yummy!
£1.94 on Bran Flakes (can't live without!), yummy!
£3.88 on toilet paper, not so yummy!
The toilet paper comes out of pot of money with housemates so really just £3.64, not too bad!Don't stress, relax, let life roll off your backs. Except for death and paying taxes, everything in life is only for now... Avenue QOfficial DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 003
