Hiya Deb - I bought thr No.7 cooling facial balm £7.50 and conditoning face serum £7.50 - as they are on BOGOF paid £7.50 minus £5 voucher - £2.50 plus used a 250 point voucher from previous bag.
Does anyone know if the No.7 cooling facial balm and conditioning face serum are in the suncare range or the normal skincare range? Is it just the suncare range that is BOGOF?
Yes, they are in the suncare range and BOGOF.

So can I buy the organiser/pallet with £5 voucher, 250 points voucher and still get the lilac bag free, even though it doesn't come to £15?

Hi Kylie - yes you can. The till thinks the organiser is £15, even though it's reduced. The till will let you, but it depends on SA - might need to mask it a bit with other purchases.

You can buy the organiser and the lilac bag with your £5 voucher, see my post above, as Ive just done this, but you wont be able to use the 250 points as they cannot be used for giftsets. this has been tried(not by me) and it doesnt work.

Best top keep the points vouchers, and buy something little like the tan wipes, if you can find any, so you are receiving points and not splashing out too much. x

HIya,

just been to Boots to get a refund on some No7 suncare that didn't go through as BOGOF and received it ok. Meant I had more money to spend ;)

Anyway managed to get the l'oreal anti frizz serum and the colour refresh masque for £5, plus some of the tixylix cough medicine (won't come in wrong) for the extra 200 points each. a few extra bits and bobs and I now have another £5 no7 voucher to spend. thinking of getting my mum something nice for mother's day.

I wanted to ask, with regards to spending points, is there anything you can't normally spend your points on? thanks.

Just bought:
Johnsons baby wipes x 2 BOGOF £2.69
Nurofen for kids £2.99 (naffed off, as these were supposed to have 200 points added on, when these were purchased, and it also stated this on the shelves underneth the nurofen, yet I never had these added onto my receipt)QUOTE]

Ring customer srvices and complain....they should add the 200 pts to your AC. Contact details are on post 2.
• Hi everyone, I've been reading this thread for a while now, but never joined in. I love all your great success stories.
Anyway, I've just been to Boots and got 2 of the Firm your Body Balm at £8.50 each, but BOGOF, and used the £5 voucher so it only cost me £3.50. Also used the 250 points voucher. This was at the No 7 counter, and the SA said, Dont forget your free bag. I knew from the threads I could get one, but pretended to be suprised and she said , I know its a great bargain isn't it. Anyway I decided to do it again at a different till, and the SA couldnt have been more horrible. She wouldnt even scan the bag, and points voucher. She said, Can you imagine how much money Boots is losing if we let everyone do this? I was so embarrassed, I feel like I darent show my face again!

Just got back from Boots and finally have my lilac bag! Bought 2x No7 facial suncream on BOGOF and used a£5 voucher. I also tried to use the 200point voucher from the magazine. The SA scanned it, but it didn't add any points. She even checked with the manager, but no luck.

However, the same SA refused to give me a no7 £5 voucher even though I'd spent over £10 because I had redeemed 3 x Bodyform coupons.:(

My fav young male SA wasn't there today. He's lets you do anything.
