I used to post quite regularly on the boots thread when everyone else was here .. so consider myself a fairly seasoned boots tart. I didn't post huge amounts of messages or have a very high profile .... but I contributed whenever I could, and as much as I could.

When everyone started to dissapear - I decided to join the new boots tart forum - not because I wanted to leave mse particularly - but because I wanted to remain posting with the people I was used to. Nothing more nothing less.

So I posted one message on the 'new' forum ... then :eek: my horrendous morning (should be renamed 24hour) sickness kicked in owing to my pregnancy. So I didn't log on for several weeks - just because I felt so wretched. When I go back - I'm not allowed in!

So in the last few weeks I have sent SEVERAL messages to the boots tarts asking if they can help. I'll not name names ... it wouldn't be the mature thing to do (they know who they are) but in the most part I have been completely IGNORED. One person did try to help but it would seem that higher authorities have made the decision that I am not allowed in their club! Maybe they thought I was 'lurking' and didn't appreciate it??? not sure ... well I wasn't I was SICK ...and I couldn't exactly do anything about it.

So - to cut a very long (sorry) story short. I feel very upset that I have been completely rejected by these people. If that is the attitude of the 'club' then quite frankly I'd rather not be a part of it. The people posting on this mse boots thread right now are in the main very nice people and should I discover any glitches I hope it is they that benefit and I will be sure to post here first.

There is trouble with the Free diabetic chocolate bar coupon. It wouldn't scan today despite it being valid. It comes up as 'not valid in this store' so the SA has to override it.

Just thought I would point this out for some of the more nervous boots tarts out there so that they are prepared for it.

dont do it on MSE though as we tried that at first in "Pash's..." thread (that people have been directing others to, but is sadly now also closed). We were told to "chat" in the money savers arms and that is what we did in a completely open forum for all to join in .. but alas, though this was an extremely popular chat thread (always on the first page on the "arms") this too was closed down by MSE mods.. sorry this happened and i wish you all luck if you decide to set up your own thread as we have had to do.. take care, luv Pash x

I know exactly how you feel i have also been away for one reason and another, have been ill with PND. Felt i was a regular, but obviously i was wrong.

Your not alone in this one, I was also banned after absence, I fear it was because i didn't chat much of all things.

the free boots sensitivity product voucher from the parenting club is not working on BOGOF in stores. i tried it today, and the SA told me it is on BOGOF, so i went to get another but i still got charged for one hence the voucher! i am going to return it, and just get 1 free with the voucher!!
