HI Every1
i got another parenting voucher (£16 one)
got 2 x 24.50 suncare kits bogof and i got 4 mascaras and a few other bits, the only thing that baffled the SA is that my bill was £30 something then went to about £12ish i said its the parenting voucher she said it shouldnt do that for a minute i thought she was gonna try and adjust it, i just said my sister did it yesterday and the superviser was called and was told if that is what the till says its ok, so she just took my money and said ok.:j:dance:  :dance:0 -
forgot to say you can buy the mascaras anyway so it doesnt look that suspicious (like the lilac bags were) if u keep them talking they dont notice them going through as free they just hear the till beep accepting the product and if u have other products it wont be so noticable

Also i brought 2 x £5.50 no7 body buffer on bogof and got a free mascara with that 2.:beer::dance: :dance: :dance:0 -

Hi Derbylady, hope you dont mind me asking but was just wondering how you managed to get another parenting voucher? did they send you another by mistake, or is this another loophole?0 -

Can anybody advise me please? I want to start being a boots tart but
a) I never get the mailings through the post - I'm registered and have a card so how do I get to know about offers?
b) my local store is quite small and pretty rubbish (doesn't even have a points machine  ) so I got one of the magazines to see what offers were about. however it says for example with a botanics gift set that costs £10 you get 1000 points, this isn't the case on the website though it's normal points and is reduced in price to £6.66 - is it worth going to a main store to check?
c) I couldn't find any offers on the website for 1000 or more points, only 500 extra points. Am I going mad or is this usual?
I am thinking of getting a few presents for people and have my eye on the giftsets, are there any around at the moment that work out very cheap with BOGOF and/or extra points.
I'll get there! I'm determined to get some great bargains but I don't know where to start.

or you could just go to the advantage card machine and join the parenting club without all the messy stuff first!!!
you just need to put in a due date which would make you less than 12 weeks pregnant to get this and other vouchers.
Boots says "less than 28 weeks" :P0 -

i think yu re a bit confused..wht it means is you can buy the botnics gift set for 1000 points..which = £10.00..not tht you get 1000 when you buy it..if only!lol
generally the offers are in the back page of the magzine.
if you want to see offers/glitches go to the first post of this thread, which is helpfully updatd when new things come in. it'll be the most comprehensive thing you can find!Membre Of Teh Misspleing Culb0 -
Kaminari wrote:For the lady that was accused of not being pregnant i would have asked her to confirm what she said and then burst out crying. while sobbing uncontrollably i would have got out that you had worked so hard to become pregnant and gone through a lot of procedures and he comments were really upsetting. I would continue to howl until a manager came out to calm you down. I would make it very clear how hurt you were at the woman accusations because you have gone through so much to become pregnant and now that you finally are it was suppose to be the happiest time of your life but people with her narrow mindedness are ruining the experience you had worked so hard for.
oh grow up, its a scam and people are getting pulled up for it. Some u win some u lose, but theatrics like ur suggesting are pathetic.0 -
hi Everyone
I have a £10 gift voucher
what would be the best way to use this today and get maximum points etc?? would be quite interested in offers around garnier eye cream and is the brita filter still going??
thanx0 -
I agree with Floydy, although I perhaps wouldn't have put it so harshly. I really enjoy using the thread and making use of the loopholes in a limited way. However, there is no way I would pretend I was pregnant to gain vouchers and freebies, I would not feel comfortable telling lies like this. That is only my personal opinion and I am not telling other people what they should or should not do, just giving another view.0
