........thank you for asking on the kidneys lol.
Unfortunately, my function is still decreasing, still at stage 3 thankfully, but due to a drop in the number within 3 months my GP has had to push for for my referral for a quicker appointment with the kidney specialist (Nephrologist) that is in a few weeks time, originally it wasnt going to be until further on in the year.

The quicker I get to see one the better, as I have to try to keep my function on level as much as possible, its only another 2 stages away from dialysis or even transplant, but staying hopeful and postive as I can;)

Hope all is well with your families, and WOW amersall I can't believe your granddaughter is almost 2 years old!:eek: time flies lol.

Just want to get the appointments done with, since my renal diet I've gone from 9 stone 6 to about 8 stone 9 :eek:, I really dont want to lose anymore:o.
I will be ok I'm sure, ok there is absolutely no cure, but I can try keeping myself balance by following orders lol:D.

Family doing ok thank you, Jamie changed his car last week, it's lovely too, boys and their toys hey!!!:D Hubby still working long hours and my youngest Dan the Man doing ok too bless him:A..........think the caring roles reversing slowly lol:o.

I just can't believe your granddaughter being 2 years old, it doesnt seem that long ago when your daughter was expecting her!:eek::eek:. Hope they all settled down well in OZ:beer: xxxx

My appointment letter finally come through for my neph appointment, this will be at my local hospital on 22nd July at 1:50pm.
Take a copy of my prescription and a urine sample.

The neph's use the Urology dept at my local hospital as a satelite clinic, as the main hospital they come from is Cardiff University Hospital of Wales, so am glad I wont have too far to travel xxx

No news of Gerry by any chance?

I did text some time back, but didnt receive a reply, but from the other site, she did leave a message to say she was doing ok, not sure if she had a transplant or not yet though, will be asking again to see how she is, and let you know xxx;)

Hi Di, I have not heard anything from gerry, glad you have though, I am sure if she has had her transplant we would certainly know
