    Hi there

Sorry if you missed this but I also added more info on my above post afterwards, as I pressed too soon without finishing what I was going to say lol.

What some have done is contact the business directly, and give them the account number, ask them to confirm if any ppi.;)

I am though wondering if they have actually given you a copy of the signed agreement, or is this just a copy of the t&c's? perhaps?
Is there a signature on this?

My signature appears on the 2nd page. No mention of PPI on either page or throughout the terms and conditions. I'd have thought that the PPI box would be displayed, ticked or unticked, no matter what. Just seems a bit odd.

My statements when logging into egg only go back 2 years. There appears to be no mention of extra payments in those 2 years. But I've no idea what it would show up as it it did. But the fact you suggest it would, and it doesn't, seems to indicate that I might not have it. Shame if so, a cheque qould be nice! ha

I think a quick phone call tomorrow to double check might be the easiest solution.

    Thanks for your help!

Yes that is about right, if you did or didn't take out ppi there should still be somewhere on the form to show this.
So yes definately question them on this just in case.

The only other way to get more info (apart from asking on the phone) is to request a Subject Access Request (SAR) where they must provide you with data going back to at least the last 6 years, they have 40 calendar days to comply, but with this letter you enclose £10 cheque or postal order, there is a Full SAR template letter on the below link (only if you decide to do this), but see what they have to say on the phone first) ;)

You never know, you could have been paying for it and not know anything about it.

Good luck, please let us know how you get on cheers x
