  • Help required please:

I received all my Egg Card terms and conditions through in the post today, however, I cannot find any mention of PPI within them, either accepting it or declining it. It might simply be that I haven't seen it so if someone would be so kind as to point towards the correct location or some helpful hints in what I'm looking for that would be most helpful. The actual document (Egg Card Agreement) that has my signature is only 2 pages long, which seems awful short for an agreement. The terms and conditions are quite lengthy however.

When I received similar information from Aviva it was pretty obvious and straight forward where the PPI information was.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello there

Do you know for sure you were paying PPI on the account?

I have never had any direct dealings with EGG and they can differ on how they word the agreement.
However, PPI should be from what I know of on the first page.

Then your signature somewhere below it.

What about monthly statements, does this show your paying for ppi?

You can however still make a reclaim on the ppi if you want to.

I don't know if I did or didn't. I didn't with Aviva and the information was very straight forward. As I said, I can't find the info within the terms and conditions, it could be worded differently. I'd assume the information (tick box) would be there whether I had it or not?

    Hi there

Sorry if you missed this but I also added more info on my above post afterwards, as I pressed too soon without finishing what I was going to say lol.

What some have done is contact the business directly, and give them the account number, ask them to confirm if any ppi.;)

I am though wondering if they have actually given you a copy of the signed agreement, or is this just a copy of the t&c's? perhaps?
Is there a signature on this?
