Hello my darlings, hope your well.

Been a busy day today.
My youngest (the one with special needs/Aspergers) had his very first appointment with Careers today, the disability adviser did offer to come to the house or for me to take Dan there, but we decided to make it there (it will do dan good).

The appointment went very well, Dan eventually relaxed and his adviser was out of this world.:T

He's going the ICT direction, and am so proud of my darling boy.

My older son started his new job this week as well, he went from employment mentoring to the health care in the Administration dept, he has done ever so well, so proud of him too, he has come far :T:T.

Hope your all ok and loz, how is your darling little un :A

Hello my darlings

Sorry I have neglected you all for the past week, its all been a bit hectic this week, lts of new work came in and I got called into work yesterday too on my day off. Nearly had to go in today but that has now been sorted out.

I should be off till Tuesday now so fingers crossed.

I have been very tired too, so only had a quick look on and off, but not posted.

Hope you are all doing well, I will have to check your posts to make sure.

Di really chuffed about your boys bless them, you must be really proud. Amersall, hope your still making the most of Sienna...I'm not broodie at all way past that but love kids all the same

My nephew did brilliantly well in his GCSE's hoping to go over to my brothers later too.

Lots happening over the next couple of weeks and I have work too :eek: So looking forward to a proper break at the end of Sept.

Sending out lots of hugs and stuff.

Hi Di, im catching up with the forum after a few days away and am delighted to hear your boys are all sorted. Im really pleased your youngest coped well with his apt. My daughter has autism, shes 9 and thinking ahead to what happens after school is always a worry so im really pleased he has found something great!! After all the help you give here you deserve it!! Good luck!!

Just read your fab news, I am very pleased for you, well done!:beer:

Aww thanks honey, yes I am very proud, my youngest been having home education for the past few years as he could not cope at school, despite lots of effort in trying.
He has Aspergers syndrome and high anxiety disorders, but slowly getting better and opening up to the big wide world.
Was very happy the other day at his appointment, they were very good with him.
Thank you.;):beer: Aww bless your daughter too :AI do hope things are ok for her, it is difficult for them isn't it? and we do our best to help them through everyday things. Hugs for her and you too xx

I am overjoyed and very proud indeed of my 2 as well, my oldest moved on to a higher and well paid job, and my youngest is making a brand new fresh start in life, in the world of computers.:T:T
