no such luck, i've been told i need to do the garden first, then the kitchen, then the bathroom, i think that'll be the year over then.:(

i am awaiting another payout from a crash where my car was written off, i'll use that for a holiday, will probably be next year.:)

unfortunately these things happen, nothing you can do about it, just haggling over how much the car is worth
