We would all love to see him all the time, but some days in the week depending if they are assessing or not he will come home for a good few hours in the week, and mostly comes home Saturdays and Sundays, bless him everytime we take him back he says "but I like it here, I want to stay"......, that is the difficult part of it is taking him back.

They did say a meeting should be arranged in the next week or 2, so fingers crossed we shall know more a little more soon. XX

Must be really hard for you guys when he's saying things like that. :( I guess it's the best, just for the mo until they can sort out a package in place. :A
That's really good news you have a meeting coming up. You must be looking forward to that! :T

Thank you SD, and have returned your pm.:A Sorry to have missed it last night.

Well all went good, only need the 2nd package of £39, and that includes the check up, advice, x-rays, 2 filling top ups and the usual scale and polish, oh and of course see what the results come up with on the x-ray and they will decide from there in what to do, but otherwise that is that..... and still included in the price with whatever they decide.:T;)XXX

  • Morning Di,

Well done for being brave at the dentist:DGold star tick tick to you;)

Emma's got a small operation on her finger on monday she was told by the consultant that it would be a local anaethestic but when paper work came through it said general. Its amazing how quickly we can change from being an adult to a child when we are scared isnt it..........she was not going to be having the op if it was general...I spoke with the consultants secretary who bless her was wonderful, she has youngsters of the same age and knows how Emma was feeling, she has organised it that the consultant will meet emma at the ward to talk her through it and to let any of the staff know that it is a local rather than a general..........I am so grateful to them isnt wonderful when someone goes the extra mile.:T:T:T
I also was snapped back to being a learner driver last night I had to drive our large van home hubby had my car........long long story...I couldnt find the biting point on the clutch so I was stalling and kangaroo jumping and going backwards (with cars behind me) when doing hill starts. The dog was stressed and hanging onto the seat for dear life, evertime i bounced along the road all the gear in the back came clattering forward. I've driven it twice now, once I got the hang of it i really enjoyed it:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:and the roads were surprisingly quiet:eek:

    Hi hunni, hope your well.;)

Awe bless your daughter, she is very brave and hope all goes well, she have been through the wars haven't she?

I don't like generals, although I have never been through one myself (touch wood/my head) lol :D, when my youngest Daniel was about 2 years old he had to go into hospital to have a lump taken out of his neck, it was a scary experience and I must be honest I would have hundreds of locals to that of just a General , I am always a bag of nerves at the dentist, thankfully not a great deal needs doing, they do have to sort out that one tooth though with the root canal, that is still well intact in the gum but the outside of the tooth cracked from the gum, where the root of it is still in the gum, does not hurt as there is no nerve, so see what the x-rays come back with and a few top up on old fillings, no extra ones thankfully :T and the usual scale and polish, I will be done for a little while then.;)

lmao :rotfl::rotfl: sorry I could not help but laugh at your comment when driving hun so sorry :o:rotfl::rotfl:.
My reversing is absolutely a nightmare, great at parking and going forward but reversing......:o don't ask.:rotfl::D;)XXX

Glad you found my driving story funny I had literally pmsl,,,,,,,,,tena lady ha ha. When I picked Emma up the dog leapt onto her lap we roared with laughter all the way home Emma kept saying you've just mounted the kerb, could you move into the middle of the road a bit more, I said it was like driving with her as a learner:rotfl:
Thing is to redeem myself my reverse parking into tight spots with big 4x4 is a doddle even my hubby is amazed:)

    Evening all!
Hey DNPG! I hope you are well! :j
Hi Di! That's a great price to pay for all that work! I bet you're glad you're paying NHS and not privately now! :T
What's everyone been up to? A bit of a slow one at work today but still had to stay sharp. :) I've just cooked a lovely pork roast dinner. Was yummy. :D
