    hi everyone

I have just popped on to have a moan.

Got up yesterday and found that there was water spurting out of the overflow pipe.

I have got cover with British Gas so I rang them up and arranged for someone to call out this afternoon between 12 and 6. Told them at work what had happened and manage to get a shift swap with one of the girls. Although this means I will have to do a 12 hour shift tomorrow 6am till 6 pm.

I have had to ring BG as the engineer has not arrived and will not be here until 6.30. I am not a happy bunny as I could have done my shift today and been back in time. What a waste of a day.

Well thats my moan over. Hope you guy's had a better day than me.

    Speak to you soon

Oh how rubbish sorry you've had a bad day! I hope everything gets sorted soon :A

I don't envy you doing the 12 hour shift showergirl. It is annoying when they do not turn up isn't it. So they did not even have the courtesy to ring you then? You had to ring them. I would also be annoyed too. I cancelled my BG cover cause of this. It was just the boiler we had insured but they always mentioned power flushing and I suppose they could actually put anything down to a powerflush. Its there way of getting another £400 out of you.

I am on pins at the moment as my dog skip is at the vets again at 6.10 They have left now and I am pacing up and down worried about what they will say. Its so bad still and I wonder if he can actually see now. My theory is he must be able to see something as he closes his eye in strong light.
And here's me moaning about my overflow pipe. I hope everything goes well at the vet's.

I would also be pacing up and down. Have they got a mobile on them so they can ring you when they come out.

Got to go as the engineer has arrived. I will be thinking of you and hope everything goes well.

I will try to speak to you on Friday

    Take care

Showergirl. I am just worried of what is the next course of action. Two ops have not worked and I fear about them stitching his lid together as the next thing and how he would actually cope. I know its only a dog but we all love him so much. If he had to have a "bigger" op he is completely loopy and would not cope and also the vets would not be able to muzzle him (and he really needs it) cause its his eye and the muzzle actually irritates the eye.

I know how you feel with poorly animals - every cat we have had that has ever got sick has had a new illness/problem to the others, we're getting pretty good at detecting all the different ways the act when their sick! Problem is with cats, they don't let you know until they get soo sick they can't eat/wash etc  I really hope your doggy feels better soon xxx

Its not just the physical illness its the fact he is an aggressive dog at the vets. He cannot cope with them looking and it takes two men to hold him down. Even the vets say to my hubby - "you've got him tight haven't you" and thats with the muzzle on. I am thinking now that it may be something else going on with him. He is 9 and this should be healed and done and dusted by now. There are lots of diseases that can cause them too.
