this is the first time i have been on a forum, so bear with me all.I have been contacted by 7 marketing about reclaiming PPI for 3 loans i have had with Black Horse, they say they can claim back nearly 60,000 in total, are these people for real or are they scammers. This sounds too good to be true?Any advice would be gratefully recieved.Smiffy50
Hi there
As Melorablack says I agree, and its all free with the use of the templates on the link Mel has provided.
They have 8 weeks to respond in full and maybe another letter will be required if they do not resolve this in your favour, where in the final response they should give details of the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) if eligible to go this direction, they should let you know.
Good luck and remember when posting use recorded delivery.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

I agree about the drummer, he was soo happy to get through and then they didn't let him into the semi finals and let idiots like DJ talentless through
That poor drummer boys face when they were told they did not get in....., bless him, I did feel sorry for him........The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Seventeen. Goes to these places with a group of her friends. She is the sensible one (so far). My son is adorable but OMG not sensible. Think that goes with the teenage male territory. Or I hope so. Fingers crossed he will grow out of it.:mad:0 -

hi everyone
I have just popped on to have a moan.
Got up yesterday and found that there was water spurting out of the overflow pipe.
I have got cover with British Gas so I rang them up and arranged for someone to call out this afternoon between 12 and 6. Told them at work what had happened and manage to get a shift swap with one of the girls. Although this means I will have to do a 12 hour shift tomorrow 6am till 6 pm.
I have had to ring BG as the engineer has not arrived and will not be here until 6.30. I am not a happy bunny as I could have done my shift today and been back in time. What a waste of a day.
Well thats my moan over. Hope you guy's had a better day than me.
Speak to you soon0 -

I am on pins at the moment as my dog skip is at the vets again at 6.10 They have left now (I do not go now cause i cannot stand him being so aggressive and it worries me) and I am pacing up and down worried about what they will say. Its so bad still and I wonder if he can actually see now. My theory is he must be able to see something as he closes his eye in strong light.0
