Yeah, dont you eat the cake. You'll use a cheese knife for their portions and a shovel for yours!
You've had a busy day then. My acceptance letter still hasn't been delivered yet. If it hasn't by the time I leave for the dentist, I will phone Tesco direct accepting the offer. Stupid useless Royal mail. Royal? More like second rate.

Quite a busy day but not too bad overall.

My oldest had his pics done, he was praised by his clients at his job and doing really well.:T
Sort them out SD, hubby is still waiting for his payout with Lloyds on his credit card ppi sorted through the FOS, he signed the acceptance end Oct maybe early Nov 2009, and the FOS are chasing LLoyds up for him, the damn !!!!!!!!!!:mad:.

It's not Tesco being the pain, they will send me a cheque within 28 days, it's useless Royal Mail not delivering the acceptance letter. They lost two of my accident statements and diagrams last year when my car was written off so had to redo them. Took me ages. Twonks. :rotfl:

Royal Mail have been posting my letters to the wrong streets here :mad: the last fortnight this have been happening for must be new posties again :mad:.

Charge-hand already? That is very very good going. Pay rise then!
Post services went down hill when it was privatised along with everything else. We used to have two deliveries a day with one at 7.30am and the other at 15.00. Now its one at 13.00. The best thing is that the sorting office is 5 min drive away! Losers!

Your right there SD, I miss the 2nd postings, at least you would know there was another chance of receiving what your waiting for on the same day, not the same now is it?

Even when posting by recorded delivery, the website tracking is not always updated.

Sounds like he will go up very well in the company. Has be bought shares in it? Might be worthwhile with people like that in charge.
Is recorded delivery even worth it? It can't be tracked, only of the person recieves it. Which you can do with a quick phone call! I might just use a carrier pigeon from now on.

well he is away from here about half 4 to 5 am in the mornings, and always full of life, its great to see him back to his oldself again he went through a very bad stage since the last company closed down, just 3 days before xmas, where himself and others (about 400 of them) had no pay at all, no-one knew until the day, so as soon as they all got to work that day the liquidators were there and sending them home, it was shocking, bad enough for it to happen any time of the year but XMAS :eek:

Yeah I know, I complained to the Royal mail back a year ago as I could never track down any of my letters, well some of them anyway, and they sent me a book of 6 first class stamps with an apology letter.......:mad: XX

Just before xmas?! That's harsh. As long as the directors are ok, stuff the rest of you! He should have helped himself to a few tools, bit of machinery, the odd company car...
I got two books of first class stamps. I was sooooo pleased, I wet myself! I did ask for compensation but they weren't having any of it. So I went in helped myself to the safe... :rotfl: :rotfl:

Yep before Xmas, but we recently found out that the big boss was aware this was going to happen the week before :mad:, hubby receives all the letters of updates from Begbies and Traynor's, this is the ones who looked after the company as soon as it closed down.

However, he is now receiving compensation here and there of what have been owed to them and he have been told there is more to come sometime in March.:T

lol that place is full of security :eek::rotfl:.
