No I behaved and it would have been so cruel if I had done that, my hubbys mate's wife is on a diet......:eek::o:D lol :rotfl:

Yes squeaky clean :j:j:D.

I have really behaved myself today.
My brekkie a few cracker bread with flora spread and cereal bar, dinner Cheese and Onion Sarnies and tinned fruit, for tea Ham pasta bake, the others had jelly and ice cream for dessert and I did not manage to have any pudding was too stuffed, but done well with not eating on that side of the mouth :T:T.

You have done well today! Sounds like you had some nice food as well.
Had a busy day today. Got the dentist tomorrow lunchtime too. How's your tooth doing?

I am quite pleased with myself, whenever I fancy cake now I will grab hold of some cracker bread :T:D, will wait to have a slice on Saturday of dad's lol .
Good luck at the dentist tomorrow hun, my tooth is still hanging in there, and not a problem at all, just when my tongue catches it :eek:.
I'm surprised it have not fell out yet though lol

Cracker bread is nice. Love it with a bit of cheese. Only a slice of cake, not the whole lot!

Yes cheese on cracker bed is lush, I always have a few cherry tomatoes on the side of the plate when I need a snack, good for you.......:j;)

Don't think I should cut the cake on Saturday, that job is best left to someone else, in case I end up with the largest slices of them all :eek::o:rotfl:.

Today, well.........
Usual morning chores.
Trip to the post office.
Uncle called.

Then hubby's mates called in.
The day have flown by........:j
