Hello there Gerry, the scallywag is here.......:rotfl::D.
Hope your well hunni and thank you for your PM too and the link.:kisses3:
lmao yeah well it did actually remind me of me.......(when I was cheeky cops)......:o:rotfl::rotfl:, good one Gerry......:T:rotfl::D.
Well unfortunately the staff are now saying that dad is not settling in the nights again......and thinking that a care home may be more appropriate for him, feeling sad about this, but I suppose they will only know best while he is still there.
Anyway, what they are doing now is giving it more time as they confirmed they did actually change his meds again in regards of the dementia, because of his breathing, they were having an affect on his breathing.
So a further assessment is to be done, hoping they can get the meds right again.
He have been there since October, and he thinks he in jail......., we are going to ask if they would be willing for us to take dad out for an hour at a time, whether or not they will accept this or whether a caring staff will also have to come along as well I don't know.
Its like a vicious circle really......
Thanks for asking though Gerry.:AXXX
So sorry to hear that sweetie, things were looking so positive not so long ago. I know you must be feeling frantic with all the changes.
I’ve been riding the health rollercoaster for couple of years now, drives you crazy getting different information all the time. The only way I can deal with it is by remembering that my medical team want the best for me, it’s the only thing that keeps me sane.
Your always in my thoughts and prayers huni. X x x0 -

Yes I know what your saying, you have had a real tough time of it yourself and bless you your always smiling.;)X
I have been told all different things by different shifts as well, some say he have settled down lovely and not been a problem, and now suddenly they are saying he is not settling, but they have been upping and downing his meds the last fortnight, so maybe that does have something to do with it.
Think we must take it with a flow at the moment.
((((HUGS)))) for you Gerry. XXXX:AThe one and only "Dizzy Di"
