    Hi hun
    Thank you.;)

    Yes will do.

I would have walked to see dad, but the roads are lanes as well with no pedestrian pavements, the lanes are very narrow, so it would be taking a risk if walking.
Blimey that was scary......, my son almost had a similar experience the other day after he dropped off his mate........when coming downhill, luckily no other cars were on the road or even pedestrians for that matter.......

That sounds annoying........., how do they expect people to get in and out? XXX
Walking actually looks worse than it is. If you have good walking boots you will be OK. I know the other day I had loads of things to do and although it looked really bad it was actually not as bad on foot as it looked. Hope you get to see him soon.;)

    Thanks Marshallka.:AX

I am doing a collection in regards of the Haiti earthquake, every penny adds up, and my friend who lives around the corner is also helping with collecting at where she works.;)
So been organising that as well. X

    Nice one.
Have you been to houses and that then? How do you get permission to do one? I know that sometimes they can be quite a lot of rules surrounding things like this.

Had a knock on the door from someone who works in a church up the road, I am one of them doing this on their behalf so I take it its all been sorted with permissions etc.
They asked for volunteers, so me and my friend jumped at the chance, maybe others in the area as well.:j

Well you will have to get walking then Di. I used to collect for Marie Curie and did our street (they have someone from each street doing the collections for their own streets) as they have people do each street. You have to have permission I know and a badge type thing. I don't do it now as I felt awful asking pensioners that could not really afford. Its a very good thing you are doing. It took up a few days also as each time I knocked someone asked you in etc etc etc. I shall look out in the post office and banks. Perhaps they will do a shoe box type thing. My mum sent so much to Cuba after their quakes.;)
