OMG no work today. Snow is really heavy. Pup is scared of the snow he keeps barking up the end of the garden and refusing to go up there. His bowels got the better of him though so he was a big brave lad and stepped on the nasty grass. Tee Hee.

Hope you are all ok. Di are you going to get your MSN sorted and we can have a natter. Have not heard from anyone for ages on there. x

    Hiya Max hope your well.:A

Yes it is. I was up at 5.30 this am cause I was going into work but obviously could not so took him for a walk over the waterworks at about 6.30 he loved it. It was so pretty and we saw 2 foxes as well.

He is now very brave and he is playing in back garden, well eating the snow, typical lab he will eat anything so the back garden will be cleared soon. If you try to get him in he barks to go back out.:p

Quite agree about a bit of frost makes clearing up lot easier.:rotfl:

Morning Max so glad you didnt risk going to work I was thinking about you when I was listening to the bad weather reports on the radio.
How old is your lab? They are such great fun we have a black lab whos 8 now but still thinks hes a pupx

    Hello to everyone.........:j:j

How many of you have snow then?:D

We did have a few showers yesterday, did not come to anything, although I am aware they have closed the Heads of the Valley roads, as they do tend to suffer more than where I am, as they are steep hilly roads leading to the valleys, very treacherous.

Its okay where I actually am, sun is out, so far so good, but snow have been forecast.
I don't like it myself, always been a bit of a baby in the snow.....:o, but the kids love it don't they?;)

    Have fun folks?

Have you enough to build a :snow_grin?XXX

I desperately want to lie down now but I've got to go to a Christmas works lunch which I really cant be bothered with I would far rather snuggle up in a duvet. Anyway I cant stay too long because of Docs appointment which is probably a good thing, I'm not good with booze during the day either need to sleep or dont want to stop drinking and go completely over the top. Not Good:eek: I think its an age thing:rotfl:

Have a nice time donotpassgo. I wish i was going out to a christmas lunch on the razzz....I do know what you mean though about snuggling up. Its so damn cold isn't it.

As regards the daytime drink, I am the same, one drink and I can feel it and two and I am OTT.... I come from a family (my mum and sis) who are do like to drink, they drink most evenings but I cannot do it myself. They find anyone strange who does not drink TBH. I hate myself sometimes for not letting go. Its this time of year when everyone seems to be partying that it brings it home.... I am boring and need to change myself.:o
  • Hi everyone

    Hope you are all well.
I am going to our works xmas do tonight, in one way I am looking forward to it, but when I look out the window and see the snow I just want to curl up on the sofa.

Marshallka I am like you and do not drink, I am taking the car tonight so that will be my excuse.

I do not feel that you have to get drunk to enjoy yourself.

Have spoken to my daughter this morning and she is coming home on xmas eve. Her boyfriend is also coming too.

I just can't wait untill I have done the food shopping and then I will be in the festive mood.
