Have some news on dad.

He was in the office helping the staff with the files today.....:T:T:T
I just rung mum and she said he was enjoying himself so much, and I think it's a good way to keep his mind going as well.

Hi Di so pleased for you hun that your Dad is ok hope you get some good news on Monday. We have had a really good night tonight it was the Honda Goldwing light parade on our seafront and the bikes and trikes are all lit up like christmas trees with music they take a trip around our front horns blaring and everyone clapping and waving it was really good, there was about 100 bikes. There was one bike and he had a skeltonas a passenger he was all lit up on the inside really cool. Hope you are ok take care Luv Di xxxx

Been very busy today doing the garden for mum, and with the weather still being kind to us, I thought it would be nice to get it done with before they discharge dad.
Mum feeling rather emotional at the moment, but I'm sure she will adapt to these changes eventually.
Will see what is what at the meeting tomorrow and take it from there, I shall let you know how it all goes, cheers hun. XXX

When we were at mum's house today we were looking at old photos, brought some home with me, when I have time over the next day or 2 I'm going to scan them to the computer, dad was in his teens and has a quiff hairstyle and also one of mum as well, when she was in her teens, and another with the very first grandchild, so there should be more pics on my FB in the next few days, just as long as I don't have any hiccups.;)

Hi Di how did your dad get on today hu, hope you got some good news. I look forward to seeing your photos hun, my dad had a quiff also and mum only weighed 7 stones I have photos of them too they look really cool;)

Meeting went well.
The discharge with a care package will be next Monday.:T:T
So pleased, so just as long as nothing changes now that is the plan.;)

When I have a bit of time I will get the photo's up.
lol, you will have to post yours up as well Di.:D;)
Mum on her pic was about 7stone as well lol.

Its only now she is in her 60's and after having 8 kids that her weight went up, although the last few weeks have been stressful and I think we have all lost a few pound between us all.......:eek:.XXX
