It`s raining, so I think the coupon shimmy must be having a side effect :rotfl:

I thought I would get blasted for coupon abuse thats why I didn't use my real username, though I don't usually post on this thread..
Don't worry...most other people just read it, too.

Saving that much on coupons, without upsetting the applecart, is pretty easy, as most of the regulars will know.
Take OH and £15 worth of coupons each, shop as separate customers = £30 discount in one store in one visit.
Do that in one store each day of the week and you have saved £210. £840 in 4 weeks. £6240 in 52 weeks.
Visit different stores, or use more coupons, and it obviously adds up to more.
When you realise how much can be saved, you will realise why it is best to keep the current coupon policy for the longer term rather than getting a short term gain.

Thanks for coming on here and sharing...
....now don't forget to stop by post 1 and thank Honey.;)
It's nice to be nice .....

Just been to Mr M's this morning and Finish Quantum / Max are BOGOF - £7.33. For those of you having trouble with Finish coupon scanning presume you could use two coupons leaving £3.33 to pay for 2 packs - not a bad deal and a way of using up coupons. I'm off to Mr T's tonight, will try coupon there and if it doesn't work will be back to Mr M's.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift - the present. ;)

I posted last week about offer on ink cartridges at Mr T's...Tesco's own brand were on offer , buy any 2 and get extra 250 points. That's no longer on instore( well not in my local store) , but it is still on via Tesco Direct, plus double points for Direct shopping...just ordered 6 cartridges came to £28.98..got 750 points plus 28 x 2..total 806 points worth £32.24 towards my next holiday, and no delivery charge ( £5 if delivered to home) as am having 'em delivered to nearby store that I'm visiting for a Mystery Shop next week.

Good morning all! Returning from one of my Mr T trips yesterday I drove through Astley, near Manchester and passed an old four wheel drive and there was one of those green sticky visor things in the window, written across it was "Mad Muppett" :D. Was this our "Mad" I wondered? Does he live in my area? I could feel little goose bumbs on my arms! :j Drove back home with a big cheesy smile on my face, mother just thought I had enjoyable day out with her!

Please tell me this was you "Mad" ;)

    Was not Mad :rotfl:
Mad does not and never has driven :o (Hence the multiple shops to T's)

    Mortgage-free Glee!
I had a day off Tesco's yesterday and it was great, BBQ'd the stuff I'd bought on Friday from T's with MOC's, drank the wine I got from an online shop for 800 points, and used the salad and veg from the shop I'd bought with MOCS on Saturday. It was like a breath of fresh air.:rotfl:
If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat :D
  • hi any vouchers for 2 4 1 alton towers for sat 2nd thanks
  • I'm a T's staff member and about a year ago I went in once and split my shop, did it in about 5 transactions (hadn't ever done it before that point), and when I was in work next I got dragged in and they tried to take me through a disciplinary for it!!! thankfully, as I am a member of shop workers union, they couldn't do anything much about it, but they told me the policy in the store was no split shopping as it is abusing the policy and they believed i used my knowledge as a staff member to do that  (despite the fact that every other !!!!!! did it regularly and I was never aware it was wrong, as its not stated on the policy)

wouldn't have made any difference whether i was a staff member or not, still would have got a large telling off I expect!! I can't believe that some people can still get away with it now though!!! but hey if the staff in some stores are that ignorant that they don't know the policy, then get away with it while you can hehe;)
    Won't buy nuffink without a discount :p
