Hiya, I have a 2 mug steel flask, It gets filled @ 7.30 with coffee and then I take it to work. I have the coffee on my tea break @ 9.30am and then again for lunch which could be 12 - 1pm or 1 - 2 pm and it is still hot.
Soooo 7.30 - 2pm is 6 - 7 hours. Wile out all day I also drink a litre of fruit squash from a plastic bottle. Julie
:TThanks for that - sounded perfect so I bought a flask today from TK Maxx. Should be a big help in reducing the need to boil a kettle.

I just put mine in the dishwasher as it is only me that uses it. But I agree it could do with a scrubbing. I will have a try with the rice idea. In fact I will go and do it now.Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:
