They leave the fat people at home...
I dont really watch a lot of telly so I've only seen a few of them, but I did wonder - I presume with the altered diet though they would never get as fat again though0 -
Hi all
Been off for a week and a bit so it's a bit of a shock getting up early again!
Been very good at the gym tho (even went on my days off) and am pleased with my weight loss to date.
Hope you all have a lovely day.YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

Ok who else got the pic from Lenny of him as a mad doctor?

If i do come down to Dorset in the summer, we should get ourselves a day in a spa with a gym somewhere/somehow... dunno who would babysit or anything but we can work out details later!
oooo yes that sounds fab..There is one on portland (where the sailing for olympics is going to be held) thats meant to be very nice. In fact I am sure DH's boss owns that as well as half the other businesses in the area!
I haven't forgotten about hotel/BB its still on my list of things to do!I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

i think a lot of people do totally readjust their lifestyles to their new mentality... it's such a golden opportunity that it would be a shame to blow it afterwards...
I kinda feel the same about this diet for me... i've come so far (and by the time i'm finished even further) and just don't see me ever going back... plus i keep giving away my clothes, so have none to creep back into!
Yes buffy - still plodding away on CD...
spud - you's could always elect to have the slower losses and a meal every evening... although TBH for all you get choice wise it's not wholly inspiring! Go to www.minimins.com there are forums on every diet under the sun... including good info on Cambridge...
sally - food focus sounds good, thanksI'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
OMG I'm so nervous about selling me stuff....oh well, here goes :eek:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Of course they could get fat again. Unfortunately for those that have weight and eating issues its the underlying issues with why they need to eat that amount or what caused it. If thats not dealt with then they will always go back to being overweight. From my own personal experience I was massively overweight after I finished University and just one day decided enough was enough and lost 5 stone. Since then I always fluctuate by 1 stone but there is always a cut off point I get too when I think its time to do something about it again. I don't think I will ever just be able to eat what I want within moderation as ive spent 33 years like this and its kind of ingrained in me! I mean I had great expectations of loosing and getting down to a nice low weight during all this marathon training/running, but in fact I have put on over half a stone! Just think of the calories I have eaten to do that! Says its all really doesn't it!I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway.
