    Hey thanks Maz-glad I was missed! It's been a right carp coupla weeks really,hope things are on the up now....if the 'Pool win tonight that'll help....Lens..what a gorgeous little man you have there!!!(Oh and Maz-we did think (briefly) about hitching a ride to BKK, but thought it not particularly smart to take 2 kids to a warzone! There'll be another trip..we go down to our boat in Mallorca end of May.)

    I am not eating enough veg, or drinking enough water.In fact right this VERY minute I don't think I am doing a damn thing right!

    Veg...whats that :D

    It just seems that every time I even think about losing weight, I crave carp and get fatter. That's why I'm wondering about doing the CD.....maybe I'll be better at cutting out food completely, than cutting down :confused:

    Buffy I calorie count using wlr been doing it for years (expect for 2 months in the middle) its £10 a month and has a forum and everything. I love it and its more supportive than foodfocus.

    Anyone watching Gok?
