Buffy have a go at www.foodfocus.co.uk, you can use foods already on there or enter the details from foods yourself, add ingredients and work out meals and also put in any activity you do. When I have stuck to it I find it fantastic as I know exactly what I have left (or have overeaten) for the dayI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I suddenly feel cold and shivery.
Didn't get much sleep last night and haven't stopped all day so probably just tired. Seems too early for bed.
Woke up at 2am this morning and realised I'd not locked up. Then couldn't settle and was drinking tea and catching up on yesterdays thread until 5am.

yep wlr, people say its expensive as you have to pay for it whereas foodfocus is free but I found foodfocus to 'on your own'. With wlr you have the forums and the help that you get no where else.
