spud - if I lost enough weight to be a size 16 (I'd be happy at that!!!) I would seriously consider a tummy tuck. It's the only surgery I'd ever consider. It's a major op. but one I would think about.

god I have been bored stiff at work, six weeks of boredom to go.....big sigh.
I have dyed my hair dark brown again in anticipation of my four days away. We are going to spain in a villa up a mountain while OH and SIL to be play golf....according to various weather forecasts for Malaga it is going to be cloudy, rainy, very rainy and sunny in that order.....mmmmmmm...methinks I had better take a lot of bluddy books with me...will not be good stuck in a villa with nothing to do but sunbathe and swim if its raining.:mad:Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

My take on the weight loss thingy....I was skinny for years and could eat what I wanted....like Becky I saw food as fuel and ate when I was hungry and nothing else.
Since I was thirty my weight has slowly gone up. When I had chloe my weight went up I lost my job and my emotional eating was out of control...I tried Slimming world, weight watchers, websites, exercise and a nutritionist....nothing worked - and it didn't work because I didn't even know I was eating - I thought I was just normal.
However, when I went on CD and all choices were taken away from me it became very clear why I ate and why I ate what I did and when.
I am not saying I am cured of emotional eating but it has certainly helped..and yes I might have the odd creme egg or two but I think twice now before making a choice of food.
I can't eat as much as I did and I appear to have lost my taste for ready made meals and take aways....
And it worked out cheaper food wise....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
