I've just opened a can of cider :beer:
Shame that but a good rate if you could cut down on the prep time in future. I am now at the point where I do a maximum of half an hour before a 2 hour class;).......sometimes 10 mins:DBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
I do about 30 mins for a 10 week course when the course is past the first session, so it is getting less - but a 7 hour course was a mega one!!!!

Oh I could imagine, how did the timing go for you? Did they all pass in the end or dont you know that yet?
Hopefully you will get that one to deliver again and recoupe some of your prep time in the next run:DBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
timings were ok. And they all passed
Yep, should be able to teach that again in the future.
Just cut my finger on a tin - pushed the lid in after opening and emptying into the pan and my finger went in and I instintively pulled it back out through the small gap.......sob........now sporting a fetching blue plaster"Stay Wonky":D

Well done BB. Funnily enough I always feel happier when Im paid too. In fact having more money on my bank account does make me feel more content. I read the New Scientist, most of it is above my head but some of it I find quite interesting to read. A few weeks ago there was an article on how money affects the brain, how it makes us feel etc. It was quite scientific and there is a book called Nudge by Richard Thaler i think, which Im gonna get, I will let you know what its like once Ive read (in about 10 years
)

you can do us a book review Lenny
Came home to find I've had a water meter installed! I didn't realise they did it as soon as they came round, I thought they did a survey first but it's all been done.
Time to start reading up on money saving tips! The estimated guide in the booklet says my bill will be around £350 a year (2 people, showers, no dishwaster, no hose use), so thats a £12 per month saving.
Cancelled a £7.50 subscription which will start from next month so from next month almost another £20 a month should be lopped off the budget.
Withdrawn from the follow on cake decorating course starting in June and will get the £21 refunded in the next few days. I don't feel I'm getting the most out of the course I'm currently doing for various reasons so i'd rather someone else had the place of the follow one and I'll do the last 2 sessions of the current course. Even though work would have paid me back the £21 I just don't feel (even as a beginner) that I'm learning much.
BeanieThankyou my lovely friend - lovely package arrived this morning :T:T:T:j
