Looking at that SOA, it's not bad at all IMO. Nothing strongly stands out, although have you looked into 0% CC deals at all?Dealing with my debts!Currently overpaying Virgin cc -balance Jan 2010 @ 1985.65Now @ 703.63

Hi Guys
I have tried for 0% CC's but unfortunately I get refused, I've looked at my credit report and I cant see anything strange on it apart from I'm using about 60% (whatever that is)
(What is IMO?)
The potted garden is doing ok, I now have some pots and tubs to put the pea's and propagator veg in now, gave up with Freecycle as no response so went to local garden centre, now all I need is some more compost so I can get them potted up. Need to get DH to take me today as have MAJOR headache and no energy. SS2 has got stinker of a cold, poor little thing, keeps reporting to me in the morning that his nose is still blocked even though he's covered in vick and has vaporiser on over the night, he thought it would work after one night, bless him! SS1 & SS2 gone with DH to park, gave SS2 choice and said he wanted to go, so I can get a bath while they are out, got 1 load of washing in WM, think that will get put on the airer today as the weather isn't looking very good.
Hoping to get a star for the front room today so need to crack on with that too
Hope everyone is ok:idea: Jan 09. Debt @ LBM - £11936.55 Debt at worst - £12600.55 Current Debt (01/03/2012) £8,859.51 29.7% Paid offHoneymoon Fund £410.40/£6000 House Deposit £1.50:A Proud to be dealing with my debts. DFW Nerd 1177 :A0 -
IMO - in my opinion.
Did you get much done today whilst everyone was out?Dealing with my debts!Currently overpaying Virgin cc -balance Jan 2010 @ 1985.65Now @ 703.63

Ah right, I keep seeing IMO and never knew what it stood for
hehe There are others as well I don't know, IYSWIM? AF? Any clues
Didn't get much done in the end, put the washing on the airer as weather was kinda carpy. DH took me to the garden centre and I got 3 60ltr bags for £10Managed to pot up the broccoli, turnips, pea's and beetroots
Had a think and realised that the rocket wouldn't get eaten so decided to leave that one. I am never using a propagator again though, I though they were supposed to just 'pop' out, for some reason, don't know if I was doing it wrong but it never came out easily!! I've told DH after this year, until we get a garden of our own, remind me never to try veggies again apart from potatoes and herbs, they easy
Or if I do, don't let me buy a propogator, I'll just pot straight into the larger pots
My potatoes are now starting to sproutRed Duke and Pixie's are coming up, the Charlotte had a bit more soil on so will need an extra couple of days
Really need to start doing lists again now that body is starting to work again, so here's mine for today.- Scratch *10p. Update on scratch, I now have £6.30, only another 30 days left unless I get lucky lol*
- Get some milk on way home, NOTHING ELSE! *Done*
- Check bank and update spreadsheet *Done*
- Put receipts into other spreadsheet *Done*
Was hoping for my first star but migraine yesterday blew that idea out of the water

Good Morning
Got some lovely weather up here todayDH's car is in garage today so hopefully have it back by tonight, luckily for us DH's boss has agreed to pay for it and we will be paying him back a set amount each week, small at first but will make the repayments more once we have enough money to do that.
My flylady list seems to be getting longer but I only have to do 2 things to get my first star this weekI need to hoover sofa and clean the windows in the front room, there's only one but will see if I can do kitchens as well
Can do those at the weekend.
Still having up and down days, this week been mostly down but feeling a little better today so aiming to get as much as I can done (within reason) but making sure I behave and not do too much
I hope baby is ok JoI now know most of the abbreviations from flylady:
AF = Auntie Flo (Lady's curse in my book lol)
IYSWIM/IYKWIM = If you See/Know what I mean
Cant think of any others I couldnt work out, someone told me a very funny one though
IANAL = I am not a lawyer!!!! :rotfl:
Garden is still doing well, most of my potatoes are now starting to flowerI put the rest of the seed potatoes in carrier bags as well now so hopefully they will give me a few extra
So, my listy
Daily Scratch *10p. 50p went into bonus again*

Somethings broken on it, it's a Volvo and I know they are good and last for ages, DH's is an Ex-cop car so it had done a fair few miles when he first got it, but driving from NE - Cornwall on a regular basis definitely ran it up a bit more. I cant remember what part it is that's broken (it's a very long name) but the only place to get it is from the dealers and they also have to re-program it themselves as well, cant be a normal garage job
It's costing £321!!!! I nearly fell through the floor when he told me, but it's cheaper than getting another Volvo even though I know how much DH wants a newer one, this one is doing us ok and this is only the 2nd time something major and expensive has happened, he's had the car 2 years in December and it's now done 221,000 miles!! So much cheaper on petrol to use his instead of mine when we go to Cornwall which is why I want to keep it, mine is very expensive on the long drives because of it being a smaller engine
Aww baby's sleepingLove babies. so cute and cuddly

Good morning (although it is very nearly afternoon
started writing at 11:49)
Weather doesn't seem to know what to do although I am hoping the forcast is going to be right and have some thunder, might get rid of my headache!!
Finally managed to get a star at the weekend on flylady, was only aiming for one and I ended up with 2!!! :T:j Yay I'm going to try again this week, with DH away it will keep me occupied and I also wont have him undoing all my work as fast as normal! I even took some photo's and sent them to him saying this is how it should stay!!! Not that it will lol
Daily scratch is now at £7.60, only another 3 weeks of 10p's and I'll be at withdrawal againJust in time for honeymoon payment
Have cooked up enough potato salad for the week, as fed up of sandwiches! Only working 4 days this week as have the driving course with the Police on friday, thankfully I found the 12:30-4:30 slot so can have a bit of a lie in and maybe do some flying before I goAlso give me a chance for my body to have a little extra rest
DH's car has now been fixed, we now owe his boss £320 and paying it back £10 a week, I'm nagging at DH to find out if we can sort out a SO so that it can just go to the bank account but don't know if DH will ask. I cant get the £10 to the yard as there is no-one there outside of my working hours so I cant pay it when he's on tour. Hopefully Dh will get his a*se into gear and ask. I'd prefer it if it didn't come out of his wages but probably wont have a choice.
Still doing my Grocery Challenge, with having DH away this week and no kids last weekend and only on Sunday this week will definitely help to keep it under £200, if it hadn't been for DH wanting chips last month I'd of stayed in the budget!! Once accounts are out of overdraft I'm going to start taking out £200 a month for shopping, using a different purse so that anything that needs to be bought grocery wise will come out of that purse only, if we run out then we will have to fund it ourselves but hoping it will keep us below £200. Probably wont happen till next year as first opportunity to do it will be November and by then we'll be panicking about Christmas, I'm starting to look around for idea's now but I'm thinking to send money this year, so much easier and then the recipient can go and buy something they want. Don't know, need to think that one further.
Can't think of anything else, hope everyone else is doing well:idea: Jan 09. Debt @ LBM - £11936.55 Debt at worst - £12600.55 Current Debt (01/03/2012) £8,859.51 29.7% Paid offHoneymoon Fund £410.40/£6000 House Deposit £1.50:A Proud to be dealing with my debts. DFW Nerd 1177 :A0
