No prob. Most people will be on Prozac for about 6 months, this is to ensure that your depression has passed before you come off them. They are the easiest anti depressant to come off of because they stay in your system for a long time so you wont get withdrawal. Your doctor might suggest some counselling (I think I will be having this) but you dont have to do it.
don't feel bad about DD being late for school, once in 4 years is bloody good!
Have you phoned the dragon?0 -
i have had councilling before but it was no help i don't know why i am down so the councilling focused on all the bad things that could have caused it which made me feel even worse.
I have phoned and i just about managed not to cry. i said very little to her. i am not ready to talk to her really. i have handed over my workload to her so she knows what i was ment to be doing.
She has asked me if i think i will be back in 2 weeks! (pushy or what) I said at the moment i have no idea when i will be back. I think i am going to have to take the tablets i am feeling really rubbish but i am not sure if i can face it getting worse before it gets better.
I feel really preasured to go back to work as people want holiday over x mas. i told my manager i can feel the preasure to be back on the 21st dec but she siad oh no no preasure. there really is preasure though. i just can't forget about work and switch off!:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heartProven to be a little fighter and battling on with her heart condition :j

Hi Jen, I know the last thing u want is to feel worse but it will help loads in the long run, when I first got ill I couldn't see any end to it but now I feel more positive , still don't want to go back to work but then I didn't like my job anyway.0

Oh and as for work, tough they will have to cope- you need to concentrate on yourself and getting better. It's more important for you to be healthy to look after DD than any job. You are debt free so in the best position you could be financially. Use your time off to help yourself.0

Hi Maria, well done for getting through that today, hope all goes as they said.
Going to see my friend soon, she is 40 and was trying for a baby, she had a miscarriage last year and has just given birth to a boy. There seems to be so many people having problems with conceiving /carrying at the moment .
You'll be ok hun and will be a mummy again- love to you. X0 -
