Here it is. :-) might not be suitable for everyone as you need to register as self employed but thought I'd let you know.

Completely normal- I felt queasy but didn't throw up, lost my appetite, felt shaky in the mornings and felt more depressed to start with. All this is normal and can last for a couple of weeks. You should be fine by Xmas.
Good luck going to work, get it over with and then get yourself home and have a cuppa. I felt very tired for the first few days so if you feel knackered don't worry.

Hi Maria, it is easy to go self employed and do tax online but not sure I'd bother if I didn't already have the business.

    Hiya All,

I find I feel most depressed when I wake up in mornings, been really low again these last few days though so not sure if I need my dosage upped when I go back next week for a check up.

Its also been Aunty Flow time though so not sure if its just that but today I feel like I could cry, I have been dreaming of ex getting a new girlfirned last few nights which has been really upsetting me on waking up :o

I wish I could take a tablet to stop my dreams, I always remember them

Jen I don't think your work are playing fair contacting you so much, maybe you should go to CAB if it continues.

    Maria, big hugs hun xxxx

MM hope the food shopping wasn't too bad!

Hi lilmiss, food shopping was as exciting as I thought it would be :-/
I always feel worse in the mornings as well, I think it's common with depression.

right i am back from work. Filled in the form apparently someone from occupational health will contact me to discuss what help is avalible. Had a chat with my manager (well she spoke to me i nodded etc when i needed to) oh and i think i have run out of tears because i didn;t cry

I don't think the tablets have had any effect today i think it is just my head today. i am a bit scared of tablets controlling my feelings. how will i know when i feel happy if the drugs do it for me???

Well done Jen at least thats over with. Not sure what to say about the tablets, I dont think they actually make you happier as such, i think you just feel more positive which makes you happier-like if you wake up on a sunny morning you are more likely to want to get up than on a dark cold rainy morning. When I first started taking them i was petrified of going back to work, now I'm not particularly scared I just don't want to go back because my bosses are idiots!!
Glad you are feeling ok side effect wise some people don't have any so perhaps you are one of the lucky ones!!
