Please help: how to resolve probs with CPW?

SE manual says press volume control for zoom function on camera. Nope, doesn't work. I am going in today to speak to them. The other customer who complained about her camera function on this phone was told the phone was 'faulty'. So theoretically they can't have it both ways. As per their terms and conds a defective product's entitled to a refund. If not I will ask to try out the Panasonic and keep the SIM as they are both Orange. Or try out another Z520i and see if its camera functions work as the manual suggests.

I tried one out yesterday, and found that the camera went off quite easily, but I didnt try the zoom.

German?! anyways, I'm not sure exactly where its from but I do remember just googling "avatar" and it came from one of the first pages I found there.

Thanks for all the advice. After no joy on the phone I went to the shop with reinforcements and got the nicest person I've ever met at CPW who did me a refund as accepted that the phone was faulty.
I lost 4 pounds credit to Orange though. It's a pity about the phone as it is well designed except for the camera nonsense which is a showstopper.
Have no idea what to buy instead at around the 100 pound mark????? ?Are there new phones coming in in April?
