Sounds like you have made some good finds!
Personally I'd swop the metal kitchen bin for a plastic one as It's much easier to keep clean! Ikea is great for beds and I think they are still running a 20% off promotion. Some UK mattresses fit if you can find cheaper (they will be about 3/6" shorter than the bed).
Cheap toasters are useless (I know, I have one) as the elements heat up unevenly.Get some decent cutlery, Woolies sometimes have sets reduced. Make sure it's comfortable to hold, some cheap sets have handles sharper than the blades!"Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0 -
Have you got a Pound Land near by? You could get Storage boxes, Wooden Hangers and Plastic Hangers for a quid
Studio Outlet (head over to Grabbit) has some good deals for Knives in Wooden Block, dinner set, loo roll holder, Duvet and sheets (that if they have any in stock  )
Sainburys have in their 'cheap' range 24 glasses for £4.99 (6x wine, high ball, tumblers and table glasses) I just got two boxes for my self
We have a shop called "Mr Cut Price" just down the road, all kind of stuff cheaper (you know the kind of shop) they do big roll top bins (big enough to hold a black bag) for about £5, there might be one around where you live
Have a look in Woolworth, my one is having a sale and has loads of "household goods" half price or less.

We got some cuttlery from Ikea with plasticy handles (bubbles in the handle) and one handle snapped off in my hand when cutting something, and all the other handles came unglued from the metal blade.
I would suggest going for cuttlery that is all 1 piece metal rather than the cheaper plastic handled ones. They do have some nice designs in Asda / Tesco.
Also bear in mind that if Ikea is a long way away and something breaks, you have to take it all the way back again. They told us that the store manager would refund petrol but when we got there they told us to get lost!!!0 -
Cheers everyone. I thought the prices sounded fairly decent, so at least I wasnt wrong.
Oh, definitely getting all metal cutlery... Asda do a set for about a fiver I think0 -
Btw, I know I can find a laundry basket cheaper, but I want a nice looking one if I do get one.. Can anyone recommend a nice cheap one?0

Good idea!
I'm from Swindon, Wiltshire... Just off J15/16 of the M4.0 -
Wilkisons and Tesco are good for kitchen utensils such as pizza cutters, tin openers, ladles, wooden spoons, etc. (I've bought some from Poundland in the past and they haven't been very good). Asda also sell them, but I've not tried them.
Remember to get a plastic fish slice, etc. if you're having non-stick pots and pans, as the metal ones will scratch the non-stick surface and will get rid of the "non-stick" covering.0
