Which supermarket do you use?

Hello everyone. Just out of curiosity really, wondering which supermarkets people on here use? See my ex (who lives with me and our daughter) likes to use it against me in agruements that I complain about money then go shopping at Tesco. But the way I see it is that: there is more choice there (so able to get a cheaper brand), they have more 'oops' style reductions, I collect the points religiously, they are open at times which best fit into my lifestyle, I go in with a list most of the time anyway so dont really purchase for the sake of it, its convieniant for getting all the products in one place instead of trapsing the shops on my days off when I'd rather be feeding the ducks with my daughter!
What does everyone think? dont be afraid to seem like you are taking sides. If there is a cheaper way then Id rather swallow my pride and switch

SainsburysWe save money shopping online at Sainsburys compared with shopping in-store at Tesco. That includes paying the delivery charge as well! And no b*ggering about traipsing round Tesco, lol! Of course, it entirely depends on shopping habits...
PS Another advantage of shopping online is you tend to get discount e-vouchers sent you fairly regularly, especially if you play them at their own game and maybe miss an online order one week, lol.Call me Carmine....

Use mysupermarket to do (or workout) your shop and you can work out which is cheaper for you or if you should split your shop. Splitting it works well for us, we save loads.*Make every day Caturday*0

I'm using Waitrose more & more (its my closest anyway).
Its not expensive, certainly not as much as people think & I think the freshness of their fruit, veg & salad is fantastic & their offers second to none.
Perfect M&Ss sausages, hate Waitroses sausages:eek:0 -

TescoI dont know how to edit sorry, so lets say that 'other' is waitrose
I thought Waitrose was expensive? the nearest one I know is in Formby (which I immeadiatly associate with Victoria Road.. footballers/rich rich rich people).
I do a weekly meal plan and a set shopping list. YES I stray off it if something is reduced or on offer that I can store/use on a regular basis. Its just common sense im sure

TescoI chose Tesco as I mainly shop there.
We also have a Lidl and Coop and I shop there as well as local shops.
When on the mainland I head to Asda, Morry's, M and S and Poundland!Ermutigung wirkt immer besser als Verurteilung.

MorrisonsMorrisons - but that's the only one i can get to so I don't really have a choice. They do have a lot of reduced-to-clear offers thoguh and "selected seconds" fruit and veg which saves me a lot of money.August grocery challenge: £50
Spent so far: £37.40 :A0 -
