You make me glad i only have one LO Jill! Dont think i could cope with any more.

For my little girl, i obviously try and avoid making anything i know she doesnt like - though she does eat most things.
I dont give her too much and if she doesnt eat it, she doesnt eat it. I put it aside and if she's hungry later she gets it back!
She gets lots of praise when she is sitting nicely and eating properly, if she eats everything she gets pudding, if not then she obviously doesnt get anything else.
Would a sticker chart work for the older 2?
To be honest unless they have eaten all their dinner i wouldnt give them toast and things later.
When Emily was little she had a plate with a suction bit at the bottom to stop flinging - have you tried one of them or is it just the food she flings?

    Evening all :hello:

Not caught up with the thread, I tried through the day but can't recall a thing that was posted properly, basically ended up scanning the thread looking for major things but I've forgotten them too :o BUT I have an excuse... I've just spent the past 3 hours studying, with only occasional breaks to play a game on Facebook as the maths was mind numbing to say the least... good thing though is that I have COMPLETED my assignment due tomorrow :D I submitted it as well so thats one big job off the list. Means I might spend tomorrow [STRIKE]fighting[/STRIKE] playing with DD on the Wii ;):rotfl: I will fly as well so I'm sorting out a list here as I have another assignment due next thursday which I will actually have to read the book for. :o
