washed all the bedding and the duvet
need to bag up hubby's stuff next...

He asked me too.. I'm not being overly keen!

Actually... i wonder if my mother will drop it round.. save him a trip here and all.. :p

ETA : I have also done 8 loads of washing and dried most of it and folded everything that is dry.. I almost have my kitchen back!

way to go Pigpen! I thought i was good cos Id done two loads!!

I need help!!!! I scrapped the HHC......it started well; I scrubbed the oven which had been steeping itself in Stardrops, which was fine. Then i decided to start on the Larder Cupboard which we all know I have been meaning to do for, well, forever!

Well I have started and have discovered a serious amount of OUT OF DATE FOOD!!!!! I know that some foods you can still use/eat after the Best Before date.........but how long? I think it may be safer to just chuck it all out! xx

I have 3 more loads to get through.. :D

If it is in a tin.. it's probably fine!
If it is in a packet and still sealed.. it is quite probably fine
if it is in a jar and the lid isn't popped up/vacuum broke it is fine

If it is furry, can walk by itself or talks back.. bin it!

Going to visit OH's friends soon to give Easter eggs to their kids.

We are the only couple in 'his' group who aren't breeding yet, and I don't see fit to change that any time soon, but it won't stop the WAGS inquiring after what they assume is my barren womb.

I usually tell them with a sweet smile that we're having too much fun to have kids, but we are practising lots, thanks for asking.

Well I haven't done much more! We went out to B&Q and bought some stuff for the garden so Mr G has been making me raised beds and I've been planting beans. Too nice a day to be inside cleaning :D Also the kitchen is useable enough ;)
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!
