    I've PM'd SS and K - will PM Barclays Manager later so at least we know what the main 3 banks get up to......

    Nah, HSBC would be the best cos we could manipulate the behaviour scores and figure out a success ratio LOL (we'd be the dodgy bankers from hell) - hahahahaha

    Did I say, one of my mates wifes works for 1st Direct at Storton in Leeds and she said they have to do a test before they commence work.... like a PC test, sat at PC and have to do scenarios to pick up what is being said and type it (apparently its hard)... sod that - for 15 grand a year i'd rather sell the big issue!

    Loads of the call centres are in leeds.... My Uni friend worked in one whilst stuying but he doesn't have a clue how any systems / BS works LOL. He is a lucky fuc£er and just got accepted for Amex with a healthy limit.
