Sexyeys, looks like things are looking up. Hopefully the CPS will see sense and drop the case. When you went for the interview for your new job I hope you told them about the on-going case and forth-coming tribunal?,if not, they may have grounds to dismiss you.
1jim, yes, it is legal. They keep all the paper clippings in a file just in case someone complains.Never Knowingly Understood.

For someone who has done nothing wrong and has no case to answer the police and CPS certainly seem very interested in you.0

The police and cps often seem very interested in things, not always to their mutual credit in many cases unfortunately, as is reported in the press when common sense has a severe failure, leading to a waste of public money and a lambasting from a Judge when a spurious case goes to court. The Op has not been charged with anything yet, and the police and cps have messed up before so we should not judge anyone, only advise to the best of our ability.0 -
Hope it all gets sorted in time for your birthday.Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. Anne Lamott
It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?
Please consider buying some pet food and giving it to your local food bank collection or animal charity. Animals aren't to blame for the cost of living crisis.0 -

And yet after all this time still not charged with anything!! If there was that much undisputed evidence she would have been charged a long time ago.
Glad things are looking up SE and that you have a new job.0 -

Your point? That would be a perfectly legitimate, legal and reasonable course of action to take in that thread.0 -
