Oh great news SE! I've been following this with interest and it's shocking how long you were kept hanging. Now you can have a breather and a relaxed birthday and Christmas before you tackle the next stages.
Well done you for having the tenacity to bring about justice and well done also for coping with the trolls. There really are some sad little people out there.:idea:0 -
Congratulations, SE.
Having also been a nurse and carer I know how much you tread on eggshells every day, keep us up to date with the rest of the proceedings, please.
Cheers, HG0 -
Congratulations Sexyeyes! I only came across this thread tonight, and became glued to it.
It was obvious from the start that you were innocent of these allgations; you could tell that by the way you came across. A guilty person wouldn't have reacted the way you did.
I think it's appaling the way the company treated you, and I hope they pay dearly in compensation for the suffering they have put you through, and the unprofessional and shabby way they have treated you. ANYONE could have taken those items (if indeed the elderly people didn't put them somewhere themselves and forget!) and it was very wrong to implicate you when they had no proof. Furthermore, it's more than a Care Worker's job is worth to pinch a bra! And one that is 4 sizes too big at that!
As for the weird trolls - they need medical help. Lisa??????? is clearly disturbed and twisted, and Anihilator stalks the boards trying to upset anyone and everyone.Clearly the saddos of the world.
I must say, going by your clear, concise posts and intelligence I think you could do well at anything you put your mind to. Maybe you should consider a career change or train for a new career? I'm sure you'd do extremely well. Much better than you could do as a Care Worker.;)0 -

Thank you, its really appreciated
I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me some advice regarding the schedule of loss required by the ET.
I was suspended for 3 months, during my suspension I was paid £620 per month after tax, so that is what ive based my calculations on. (No tax or NI was shown on my payslips)
Dismissed on the 15th June and paid 4 weeks pay, which took me until the 13th July.
Started new job on the 28th October.
Total time unemployed is 3 months and 1 week. Based on my suspension pay this equates to £2170.
Holiday - For every month worked during the year, you gained 2 days annual leave. Holiday accumulated during this period - 7 days which equates to £217.
During the period of unemployment I claimed JSA @ £64.30 a week. This equates to £797.32
Adding the basic plus holiday minus JSA = £1589.68
A few months ago I did seek some advice from a solicitor and he said that I could also claim a basic unfair dismissal as well, which equates to one months salary - £620, would that be correct? If so, how would I word that on the schedule of loss?
Is there anything else I should be adding or subtracting? Didnt have a pension or a company car etc.
Also, My salary of my new job is lower then that of my old job. Difference of 55p per hour. Can that be accommodated into the claim?
Hoping to get this done ASAP because of the xmas post and the deadline at the end of December.
Any help greatly appreciated.0 -
In order to make your claim look as fair as possible you should deduct any travelling expenses to and from work for the time you were suspended.
It is quite reasonable add something to compensate for the new job being lower paid, whatever net amount you are out of pocket as a result. I don't know how long a period you can count for this, certainly not until you retire I'm afraid.0 -
Top draw result SE. Nice to see it all worked-out in the end.Never Knowingly Understood.

Up yours Anihilator. I think you asked for that..
WELL DONE sexyeyes83! :T0
