Excuse my ignorance, but is the first page actually up to date? I've just been on MBNA's PPI complaints page and they say to write to the following address?
The Customer Advocate Office
MBNA Europe Bank Limited
PO BOX 1004
Chester Business Park
Chester
CH4 9WW
'Slight' difference to the address on the first page, but seeing as I wrote to them 3 weeks ago and they haven't acknowledged (despite them stating they'll confirm receipt in 5 days) - I thought it was worth raising.0 -

The first page is from nearly 3 years ago, the address you state is correct, it's where I sent mine, might be worth printing off another copy and re sendingSuccesses

I am about to reclaim for PPI on two credit cards, both of which I still use. The first was issued by HSBC, so no problems there. The second was issued by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, which has since been taken over a few times and is now Barclaycard Platinum. It is an Axa policy. So which company do I write to in the first instance.
Also, is my policy number the same as my credit card number/account?
Thanks for any help.0 -
You put the claim into Barclays, you do not need the policy number only the card number and reasons for mis sell.0

Hi,
Does anyone know if Loans Direct (loan taken out in 2001 to 2002) was a Lloyds TSB subsidiary? I can't find the company anywhere and wish to write to mount PPI claim.
