Had rough night due to worry thoughts, this time my little girl going over board on a ferry. (I don't know either) This has to stop. Have to register at new doctors on Monday so I'm going to set the ball rolling on getting some help with my anxiety.

Just to make things even more fantabilastic I've been scrubbing grout with a tooth brush at the crack of dawn - That moneysaving Old Style board has a lot to answer for - bleach, white vinegar and bicarb.. It's cleaned all the kak off!

Hope you're not around later when I have my meltdown due to lack of sleep and bleach fumes. Oh joy!

Im so pleased you are going to get some professional help Miche, I know you were worried about doing that but it sounds like you are having a really tough time emotionally and I think speaking to a Doctor can only help you. PM me anytime if you need a shoulder x

It's cleaned all the kak off! Thanks for that tip, I usually use expensive Dettol and fumes from that can make your eyes water!!

Thought I'd quickly pop in and say hello to you before going off and doing some ironing - not even for me, its only my son's uniform and my daughter's school clothes! Oh well, I can watch the telly while I'm doing it. Might catch you later depending on how I feel when I finish!
