I've bought stuff for my daughter from Tesco and it's been fine, even in the crawling and rolling round the floor stage!

Things only last a few months and will probably get stained by food so it's silly paying big prices for stuff.

The only thing I've found with Tesco clothes is that DD outgrew the tops long before she grew into the trousers.. And she's not short!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I've always found them good. And Asda too. They tend to be a bit strange in terms of size, my DD (10 months) has clothes from 9-12 months up to 2 years and she is not particularly big, but fairly tall. Price wise they are great and to be honest the stuff washes well, and the rate they grow they are always fine to pass on if not stained etc!

I have had loads of Tesco clothes for my daughter and they wash well, are very pretty and good value. The only thing I have never bought from there is sleepsuits as they seem to have really long legs and short bodies but obviously all babies are different.

If your looking at Asda I would also say that their sleepsuits and bodysuits seemed to shrink on the first wash and I always buy a size bigger so they shrink to the size I want!

I found that Matalan was the best for bodysuits as they keep their shape and wash really well and was one of the few shops where I could find sleeveless ones.
 I love my gorgeous little girl

We got a lot of baby clothes for DS1 from Tesco and Asda and we found them to be perfectly fine, most of which have been brought down from the loft and are now being worn by DS2, when you compare their prices to Mothercare for eg, you get fantastic value for money, especially as babies grow so fast- well apart from my DS2 but that's a completely different story.
If everyone cared and nobody cried, if everyone loved and nobody lied, if everyone shared and swallowed their pride then we'd see the day when nobody died.

Check out the sales and buy in advance. I bought a load of shorts and t-shirts for my daughter last November at silly prices (like 25p each!) in sizes to fit her this summer.

Bit hard to do if you don't know the sex of your bump yet, but it's a tip to keep in mind for the future!
