I have never received my Sum code points. What is the best number to ring to chase this up?
I was genuinely sent these & have the letter somewhere to prove it.
Is it 0845 722 55 33.
Or is their a special number.
Thanks.
Hi Kronen
I also was genuinely sent the XX-Sum codes and after being assured in Aug when I used them that although they did not show up on the delivery note they would definitelly be added to my Nov mailing, I gave it till the 30th of Oct for them to show up and of course they didn't!! Having kept the original mailing and copies of each order I used them on I phoned Customer Services to find out what was happening and spent 46 mins on the phone, was transferred to 4 different people (none of which had a clue about the SUM codes) and eventually had to get a supervisor to add them manually however I will not now receive them until the Feb mailing as it had past the cut off date for Nov. I wish I could say that Tesco were helpful or even polite, but quite honestly they treated me like a criminal, and questioned every extra points transaction I had done since Aug with them:mad: I politely pointed out that I was a member of all their clubs and that was why I always made an order using a coupon, but 3 of the 4 people I spoke to had never even heard of the Tesco clubs and seemed to think I was trying to con them, eventually when I did speak to a supervisor he apologised for my treatment and added the points straight away...................but be warned Kronen, you may have to fight your corner for these extra points, they just don't seem to have a clue about them!!0 -

I never got the sum codes added either as promised. On my 2 accounts I emailed them. I also kept the order nos and quoted them. My account I asked to send my clubcard number and address and emailed that within ten minutes they emailed me back and added the points no probs. On my hubbys account they asked for the same details but I am having major problems just replying to the email using a hotmail account, the email keeps coming back to me. Anyway still trying by using my own email address so hopefully will get it sorted.
Hope you get the points keep trying, I think the emails are taking a while because lots of people complaining at the moment about points etc.0 -
Brilliant, thanks for the encouragement of your stories. I was really scared to phone and ask for the points.
I was put through to 3 departments, this is the real clubcard helpline number: 0800 591688. It would be good for others if this was added to the first post.
Very nice chap is adding them on, no problems getting him to do it. I will be watching my online account just to be sure.0 -
HI,
Does anyone know when tesco pay cheques in? I paid by cheque on the 1st and only today the money has gone. Do they only pay them in once a week or something? Im a bit poor until Wednesday and thought if i do a shop on sunday it wont be paid in until i have money again!0 -
I've recieved a 500 point voucher for buying a bottle of Courvoisier brandy.:D V. happy to do this but am trying to bump a shop up to over £75 so I can use a 1,000 point code - if I add the brandy to on-line shop, can I give my 500 point voucher to the driver for it to be added or do I have to purchase in store?
Many thanks.0 -
I'm using a code 1000 points on £75 spend also going through Quidco.
Can I only use one code per order or are there more I can use. Thx
Edited to add: This is my first order if that makes any difference0 -

you give them as many of your vouchers/codes as is needed for the deal you want. if there is change they put those points back in your account for the next mailing in 3 months time.52% tight0 -

Just instore, im afraid, unless it has an online code.
Meerustar, you can only use one code beginning xx per order, if you choose to get your extra points vouchers (that come with your quaterly mailing) for online use (this is an option if you look at your points balance online) you can use those too eg 50 points on veg.0
