    Hi Tesco shoppers,
I have never received my Sum code points. What is the best number to ring to chase this up?
I was genuinely sent these & have the letter somewhere to prove it.
    Is it 0845 722 55 33.
Or is their a special number.
    Thanks.

i returned the 2 pairs of trousers i bought, both were too big. i had bought £20 of baby clothes but with using my coupons i got £20 off. so they refunded me for my trousers by giving me the whole amount i had spent on my credit card and i got the baby clothes for free :D

    DITTO.

In fact Mr T paid me £4.50 to buy my baby clothes

    You could try:

0800 505555 or 0800 0680818 (this one they can transfer you to the correct department)

Have the vouchers been posted yet?
Curious as when I check my points, they have gone from £64 worth to £12 worth.
I am hoping this is because the vouchers are on their way, and not because they have been 'lost'!
I got mine yesterday.....I note they are sent out with mailsort...A sort of cheap bulk post option from the post office. (according to someone who used to work for them ...these get low priority.).
Also I know that these are sent out in batches by region...you know south east or northwest first due to the sheer vloume.

paper statement shows 18 points carried over
online shows 48 points carried over
where is my 1600 points gone?
    nov 7th i earned 578 points
which still have not been added!
i make it over 2178 points should still be on my account
    anyone else with this problem?
    emailed tesco waiting for reply!
  • If you used the recent 1500 for wine code it was due to be added on February statement- could that be it?

We got one statement yesterday, one today.

John2303, yes I've done a dummy order to bank codes. Dunno if you have to but its easy to just stick however many bottles of spirits in the trolley, head through checkout, stopping before you buy them!
