    No probs! Personally, I called the 0845 and pressed option 1 (I think!) for delivery queries or whatever it was! The first woman was helpful but apparently didn't put the note on that I was owed the points, the second bloke was a dope who put me into 'hold hell' (so I hung up) and the third woman was helpful and sorted it all out for me! I would be annoyed but I've got 1500 points - so I'm not! :j

    Hiya,

    Thanks a lot again-I just called up the number again and a bloke answered-put me on hold and said there was NO code like that:mad: -then when I said it was accepted and I had a receipt for that,he said he would add it and it will show on my account in 3-5 days.Iam not sure how genuine he was!!Hopefully I get mine soon-just trying to be optimistic amidst the worst case scenario.

    They said 3-5 days for me too - then I called again yesterday morning (I think it was yesterday morning) and they were there today. Give it til Monday. If they're not there, ring and tell them how upset you are at getting messed around. And stay focused on the £60 of deals!

  • I used the XXTYLF 1500 points code on a grocery shop.
    On my email confirmation the code was showing, but did state 1500 Points with your wine.
    When it was delivered yesterday there was no points on the delivery note.
    As I did'nt fancy ringing them up I emailed them instead, explaining I did'nt realise it was a wine code because it had been automatically added to my basket so I assumed it was for groceries.

    I got this reply this morning
    I have received your email enquiring about extra points and can confirm that the 1500 Points with your wine has been accepted on order number ****** and the bonus points will be credited to your Clubcard account at the end of the current quarter and you will receive these points on your November statement.

    So if don't fancy ringing up email instead

    I email all my complaints to online@tesco.co.uk and allthough they take a day or two to sort it out at least you have a record of what has been said. I have had a couple of occasions where I have been overcharged for products and they have denied it. Fortunately there was a picture of the product with 2 for £4 flashed across the front and I had done a screenprint which I then emailed to them in an attachment.
    It's really good watching them back down and apologise.

    I received my order last night for my wine but no extra points - could this be because it is not added until the Feb statement like it stated on the back of the voucher?

    Rang C/S last night but they said to ring clubcard on Monday

    http://www.paidtoshop.co.uk has loads of info on extra points etc. I think you'll only get extra points on items if you get a till spit, or from one of the mailings from Healthy Living etc.

    I didn't get the extra points either plus half my shopping was missing:mad: rang up about the missing items and at same time asked about code but was told to ring clubcard about it! I have decided to try emailing them instead to see what they say!
