    Mortgage-free Glee!
    mine haven't been and a note was not put on my account - despite having called. note has now been added though and i've been told to wait for another three days. sounds ominous!!! :(

    I've tried lots of codes this morning and none seem to be working for me :confused: think there is a glitch?

    Is there any new codes circulating?

    some codes are case sensitive

    I think a lot of codes distributed recently were due to expire mid October, of they could have been used "the maximum amount of times". What message is displayed when you try to bank them?

    Hiya,Could someone explain what putting a note means-I called the clubcard helpline who said my code has been accepted and will show only in my mailing.How do I know if a note has been put?This was my first shop with tesco online and Iam going mad checking daily.please someone put me out of my misery?
  • Hi, please go easy on me this is my first posting!

    Just wondered about a couple of things; what do you do when you go into Tesco for a r&r, do you stay in store and go through your receipt or do you go home and study it to see if there are any mistakes? What happens if it scans at the right price, do you still buy it and return it another day??

    Hiya, this thread is about online Tesco codes- you might get better response in the Shop but don't drop section..? I don't know much about Tesco instore, sorry.

    Just got my delivery of wine with the 1500 points code and the points were NOT given. Phoned CS (while the delivery man stood at the door) and the nice lady said she had "a wee note on the file" and she would add them immediately, so I accepted the order.
    If they've got "a wee note" why did I have to call up and ask for them to be added?????
    You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.

    Yes, when you ring up they should make a note of every phone call you make and what the outcome is. They probably don't, but hey!

    If I were you, I'd just give them another call to check that they're on. Mine were added last night - so my panic is over! It seems that they're honouring the code when it's been accepted, so I wouldn't worry that much but a second call for £60 worth of deals has to be worth it!

    To make sure that you actually took delivery and didn't cancel after the points were added.

    Hiya,THANKS so much for your reply.I wouldnt mind calling 100 times but which number to call?The 0845 number on the delivery or the 0800 clubcard one?Thanks a lot again.
