I used the wine code last week, delivery yesterday, but they tried to charge me full whack!!!

They wanted £62, I told them I had a promo code to reduce it to £37...

Anyway to cut a long story short, they took it back to the shop to investigate, my partner was in there for 40 minutes arguing about it.

In the end we got it for £32 cos of all the hold ups.

18 bottles of wine for £32 Woohoo!

the code for 1500 points is XXTYLF and it was working a minute ago!!!

anyone know why my online club card account says i have 0 points ?
even though ive used a few points vouchers ?

i have used the above code and am now worried they wont give it to me as my spend was £51 something but quite a few bogofs which will bring the total below £50 will i still be entitled to the code or not ???

Have you logged in to your account ???? If your not logged in it will show 0

I've always been led to believe that you need to spend over £50 once the BOGOFs have been taken into account. IN other words, if the BOGOFs bring it below £50 then you won't get the discount. As I usually do large shop I generally spend well over the required amount so I can't say I've ever experienced the problem, but thought other people had.

STRANGE, i used the code xx-tylf on my husbands account this morning and it worked ok. Just tried to use it on mine and it says.........
sorry the code xxTYLF could not be accepted . the code may be invalid,could have been mistyped or might be only for use in another store.

how come it worked on my hubbys and not mine ???

or has it stopped working already ?

made sure i was signed in to view hubbys clubcard balance and it still says 0 points, could it be because he has a virtual clubcard ?

Don't worry, it uses the spend before bogoffs/special offers etc - at least it always does for me :>)

I dont know wether to cancel my order now if my spend total isnt enough i am not going to get the points anyway
