When you place your order and it won't take the codes phone up customer services. I did and they said there was a technical problem and they would add them on manually. They put a note on their computer file and ask you to call back when your delivery has arrived. I've done this and they did add on the points manually.
When you phone IGNORE the menu option for problems with voucher codes, they don't answer and you get left paying Tesco ('cos it's an 0845!) for the call while you're waiting. Choose the option for groceries. When I complained about the menu option for vouchers they actually admitted that it doesn't get answered!"Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level then beat you with experience." Anon.0 -

They were just listed as 01- voucher = 750 points.
No code written down though.
I shall try and call CS and see if they can sort it for me , thanks
Blimey, what a phone call!
Was transferred to 4 different people, only to be told that they had no record of the conformation emails they'd sent me with the extra points on the bottom.
I've been asked to fwd my emails to them so I can get my points.
Every time I check my points online its still the same amount as it was 3 weeks ago.. yet I've spent about £350 with them since then! Grrr0 -
Ahh brill , thanks Minxz0

Is there a min amount you have to spend to recieve a 'till split'?
And also, is the till split far greater - more points, the more money you spend?
Thanks for reading );0 -
