I am still waiting for the 1500 points,am told they will be added to Feb.mailing I am also told the 100 extra points on Turkey ordered would be added to Febs mailing also.

I emailed them a few weeks ago and they said the same. I emailed them again yesterday, asking if the points would be added to my balance in the next few weeks, before cut-off date, or whether they would show seperately on the voucher mailing. Still waiting for reply.

I have just phoned and spoken to a chap called Shaun to query why my points have not been added. he asked me what the code was and i said that it was not showing on the "keep this for your info receipt" you get online when shopping. He said no problem and that they would be showing on account in the next 24 hours. ....watch this space!

I said that another family member had the same problem and should they just phone up to query it and he said yes!

    The number is 0800591688.

Hope this helps and that we all get our pints that we are due! :j

I think this is the right place to ask this - I have searched through quite a few pages but cant find the answer so...

I am hoping to use my vouchers to book a holiday through Cosmos. My Dad has offered me his vouchers too which would mean we would be able to get a better and longer holiday :j :j

I think I have read on here that you cant use vouchers with different surnames on - is this the case? If so, is there any way around this?

If I only hadnt have got married and changed surname:mad:

I got what appears to be a generic 'gift voucher' through the post yesterday for 3 months free DVD rental. Not available for use by any existing Tesco DVD rental customers or any other lovefilm powered sites but still useful for many i suspect.

Go to https://www.tescodvdrental.com/freegift and enter code: - TSWW9876.

    Happy viewing

    Just a quick update......

Even though I had a trial account with Tesco for DVD rental which ended in December I managed to get the 3 month trial set up again simply by registering in Mrs Mor7s name and e-mail, used exactly the same address for delivery and it went through.

Another 3 months at £12 a month saved.

You do your shop as normal, go to checkout and you'll see a tab for codes. Click on this and put your code in. You don't have to check out, it will save your shop and you can check out later. You can also make any alterations to your shop before and after you've checked out.

I tend to do a "dummy" shop ... just adding a few items, then going to checkout to add my codes. I then go back to it later to update/complete it and check out.

    Hope this helps!
    Wins since 2009 = £17,600

    MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS
  • Not too sure if this has been mentioned previously, so I thought I'd just quickly share the info.

When shopping, if you need to get your basket total up to take advantage of offers like £5 in £50 or extra points, it's well worth considering buying some duck!

Usually Tesco quote the price of meats as per kg and then "charge" the price for the maximum pack size. Not so with duck though! Price per kg is around £15.00 but pack size on average is £5.00

Online estimated total shows £15 charged, actual total charged is price per packet :D

Only useful if you want to buy duck... but thought I'd point it out anyway
