Hi
I order my groceries to be delivered weekly. For the past 2 weeks I have had 2 items in my shopping that I hadn't ordered and were not replacements for out of stock stuff. I have on the first of these occasions one ordered item was also missing! When I called them they told me if I can make use of the items I didnt order I am welcome to them free!
Do I have to keep phoning the customer helpline to advise them or can I just keep it and use it myself as they have told me last 2 times - if it happens again of course?
I can only assume there is someone picking my order and slipping in extra stuff or putting someone elses stuff in my box by mistake. Im not moaning just a litte concerned for fellow shoppers and picking thieves!
Thanks0 -
You can just keep them if they're not on your invoice. I have had a couple of bags of prawns and a few bits and bobs. They are not going to come out and collect them and the person that they were intended for will ring up the helpline and get the recredited. Call it a bonus0
