Searching do you have any other neighbours who you get on well with who are affected by this as well? Would they be prepared to go down the same route as you, just thinking the more compaints the council receives the more likely they will have to take quick action...

i dont really speak to any of my other neighbours its more keep yourself to yourself... but its us who live directly below them and no one is above (i dont know if anyone live next to them) and next to us people come and go (council use it as a stop for people needing short time living arrangements) so its just us ... or more i should say me but OH is backing me up :D x

is it this wek you have your scan (cant remember anything at the moment)

it's wednesday at 3pm - OH said earlier "Good job u've got scan this week' after my fall. I'll tell u anyone would think I threw myself to the ground on purpose the way everyone bangs on about it!

I complained to Environmental Health about our old neighbours - they had 2 puppies that they locked in seperate rooms and then went to work for 12hrs. Poor things howled all day and night

Yep there first - I don't mind but everytime they come here they feel like they have to treat us and won't take no for an answer. Last time was mat clothes for me - I'm like the daughter they never had and we get on great but I feel like I'm taking from them.
It's worse because my parents aren't as giving as we are a larger family and my dad is always skint - so I always feel bad.

Right, I need to do something constructive now so going to log off and see what I can do without OH catching me!!

Jillie - just saw ur last post. Yes we are! Both fed up of seeing gorgeous things but not knowing which colour to buy!

    Afternoon ladies,
Gosh it's been quiet in here this weekend, it normally takes me hours to catch up!

DH has been busy this morning in the garden (I am wondering if he has started "nesting" already, it normally takes weeks of nagging for him to do anything!) He has weeded the garden and has sanded down the garden furniture and started varnishing it ready for the summer. So now he is taking a break and watching the Grand Prix whilst the first coat dries (Of course I can't help him because of the fumes from the varnish ;)!)

I have stuffed and rolled a breast of lamb which is roasting in the oven and smells sooooo good .

aless - We normally grow our own Veg (tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, onions, chillis, peppers, herbs etc.) Although we aren't bothering growing veg this year, just herbs and maybe some baby lettuce leaves. My only "tip" would be, water them late in the evening if possible, so the water soaks into the soil and doesn't evaporate in the sun.
