Sorry Glam, just realised I misread your post a bit, yep 'A' ebay the bits you dont want, i wasnt gonna have a changer but the thought of being able to do things at a nice high level and having all the bits to hand convinced me

We have probably kitted bean out for less than £100 (and that includes most of the big things) so far with buying everything second hand so in our opinion it is a lot to spend but OH's mum wants to buy the cot and she wants it to be new.

I've not got that much faith in eBay either Krystal.

Well I'll sleep on it and maybe see how I feel about it in the morning.

Oh, free ads - used to get that when I lived in Wales in fact bought my first car from Free Ads. I will have a look an see if there is one for this area - have OH's weight bench to sell as well and I don't think eBay will do them justice.

Quick question - are bouncers useful? Are they good for babies or a waste of money? And how long can a baby use one for (age-wise)? I can't decide if we need one or not.

Glam, I like that cot bed. I'd think about getting it if I had the cash for that right now.

a bouncy chair??? yes they are useful a number 1 item in my opion. erin is usually in hers a lot during the day as she likes to watch us and when she will not settle or we are trying to eat you can bounce her and she falls asleep! they are usually in them for a good few months, until they can get out or sit up!

Invaluable IMHO. Think they were in it till about 6 months. Means they can be awake and nosey but you can go do things without having to hold on to them. Plus, they are so close to the floor that if they do fall out (usually when they are older and starting to sit up) they won't get hurt.

And good for if they want weaning before they can sit in a highchair.

just been looking at other cotbeds and can't find a nice one like the Argos one for that cheap so am swaying towards it now. God I change my mind so much!

Going to watch BGT and get a big bowl of ice cream and some mini creme eggs.

Have now put on 3.3kg so far, it's this sweet tooth!

I had 2 bouncy chairs with Aimee, I kept one by the bath so we could bath together then I could pop her in the chair to finish washing myself afterwards... This time I'd rather have a rocker chair than a bouncy chair... They're a bit better because you can adjust the position of the back so they can lie flat or sit up right...

I didn't know if it was a welsh thing or not hence why I said - I think they do them in under other names in different parts of the country?

we used jacksons bouncy chair loads and have kept it for this one but im now thinking a swinging chair might be better, what do you think? i like the look of the fisherprice rainforest take along swing, ive been watching a few on ebay.

I went to an NCT sale this morning, got loads of cute outfits really cheap, i did get a few blue outfits even though we dont know what we are having yet! i just cant resist a bargain and im sure it will be a boy!
