Had GP on call out last night when my back got so bad I was in tears trying to walk. Nothing they can do and baby is fine. I knew that already. To call my GP and get co-codomol which space me out but should help the pain and there is nothing else I can take. It's just constant pain now no matter how I sit or lie down. When I walk it is worse than labour and I do not say that lightly. If we didn't have handrails on the stairs and next to the toilet I'd not manage the stairs or sit on the toilet!
And DH is supposed to be away this weekend, obviously I can't look after the kids like this, I can't walk, I can't even stand. \But I heard him on the phone to his mum, I think he is dropping the kids off there all weekend and leaving me on my own!!! But if I say to him that I can't be left on my own then I'll be the bad one for ruining all the plans (he is off on a youth group camp).
So I'm feeling very sorry for myself.0 -

didnt get to sleep til about 2am so hoping today aint to bad at work x
:rotfl: I'm flagging now. I went into the kitchen, did the dishes and then got sidetracked making myself a small mountain of toast. My OH has gone back to sleep, so there's no point in trying to deal with the big suitcase (although sneaking his birthday present out of it would be a good idea) so it's down to sweeping, moving books, typing or taking a cheeky nap.
Hmm. One of these things is far more tempting than the others. HMMM.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

I'm trying to decide on what to tackle today - I'm really struggling mobilitywise so Tia I'd dread to think what you're like with your back
Strict orders from my DH on not overdoing it but the house is a tip, kitchen is a state and there is loads to be done *sigh*
Also want to clean the bathrooms and the floors... maybe I should do myself a list of to do's too
Clean Main Bathroom
Clean En Suite
Clean Downstairs Loo (yes... small 3 bed house and we have 3 loos... nuts!)
Tidy and Clean Kitchen
Do Washing
Iron *shudder* the Clean Bedding
Brush the Dog (trickier than it sounds... she hates it!)
Hoover the Stairs
Hoover Downstairs
Wash downstairs Floors (need to go get knee pads so I can do this on all 4s hehehe)
And first I think we'll get dressed and go shopping LOL I need mince for batch cooking and kneepads for cleaning the floor...DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Imagine a cross between Igor, a very old lady all bent over and a woman doing labour breathing and that's what I'm like walking. And I like to pride myself on my high pain threshold but am in tears by the time I get to the loo.
GP is printing me a prescription for co-codomol, ready after 2.30pm! I need them now!
And I'm hungry too, wonder if I can get food.0 -

Morning all,
I wondered if the title would have grabbed your attention!
We haven't had nookie for a few months now. But, I am quite horny at mo as I am pretty sure hubby is too! There isn't a problem pregnancy wise as to why we haven't done it - just stresses of loft extension and how much diy we have had to do.
Would love to have some nookie with him but scared about bringing labour on. As I am 37 weeks now, it is close. I know sperm can set the cervix ripening (or something like that) but that can be sorted via condoms. Want some nookie but also we need to get past this weekend and hopefully we will see an estate car we can buy (sorry, practicalities often prioritise over the good stuff) but will involve a lot of looking etc.
So, do we do it and risk the consequences????
Also, friend sent me a link to Scarlett magazine online. I have never heard of this but when and looked (you have to become a member) and it is a naughty little mag for women and it has an article about s*x during pregnancy and this has set me off even more {thanks friend!}.
Please advise!Proud mother of twin boys - double the trouble and twice the pleasure! :T0 -
ickle I'd kill for my hubby to be up for nookie :rotfl: If you did go into labour tomorrow and hadn't had nookie then it will be 6ish weeks before you can have any again (possibly longer) - if you DID have some and went into labour there is no guaranteeing it's because of the sex so why not enjoy yourselves whilst you can? I wish we could :rotfl:
Infact DH has been informed that if we get within a week of due date he's doing his duty whether he wants to or not! He looked a bit shocked to tell you the truth
Till then I'll just carry on munching pineapple and spicey foodDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Hey, where is everyone at the moment? It's very quiet!
Just wanted to ask what peoples experience of Placenta Previa is, apparently i have it because they picked it up in my scan on Wednesday, but does anyone know what the stats are for it moving or for me needing a C-Section?0 -
